What is Peak Watt Club?
One indoor rowing machine each. Fifteen minutes. Your pace, start to finish.
Live DJs all day. The room moves with the beat.
Watts measure the power of each rowing stroke. Everyone's watts add up to one team total.
Drinks, conversation and a crew you'll want to see again.
Your First Watts
Fifteen minutes of rowing from start to finish. A coach sets the machine up for you and talks you through the movement, then you row at a pace you choose while the music runs. Watts measure the power of each rowing stroke. The effort is yours to control, and everyone's watts contribute to the team total.
Get comfortable on the rowing machine with the support from professional coaches.
Learn the basics quickly and without pressure.
Row at your own intensity and warm-up.
Finish with a short 250m sprint.
Everyone's input contributes to the final score.
Get off the rowing machine, grab a drink and socialize.

Why rowing?
Legs, core, back and arms work together.
Big effort without pounding your joints.
You control how hard you row.
Every meter and watt gives you something real to build on.

Made for first-timers
