What is Peak Watt Club?

Rowing

One indoor rowing machine each. Fifteen minutes. Your pace, start to finish.

Team Watts

Watts measure the power of each rowing stroke. Everyone's watts add up to one team total.

Your First Watts

Fifteen minutes of rowing from start to finish. A coach sets the machine up for you and talks you through the movement, then you row at a pace you choose while the music runs.
