Hosting
The website is hosted on the Lovable platform and delivered through Cloudflare. Visiting it records access data (IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser type) needed to deliver the site securely. Fonts are served from our own server. Processing can take place outside the EEA, in particular in the USA.
Visitor statistics
The hosting platform adds its own statistics script. It records page views, referrer, browser information and loading times, and sets a "session-id" cookie lasting 30 minutes. It is loaded by the platform before our own code runs.
Contact form
Your name, email address and message are used to answer your enquiry. The form forwards them by email to igor.lucic.srb@gmail.com and the website does not store the message. To prevent abuse we keep a non-reversible hash of your IP address for at most one hour. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Newsletter
The "PWC Crew" newsletter (pop-up announcements, invitations and community updates) is sent with Beehiiv Inc., USA. Signing up sends your email address plus the source and time of signup to Beehiiv, where it is stored. You only receive the newsletter after confirming by email. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email. More information: Beehiiv privacy policy.
Event registration
Your name, email address, ticket and check-in status are used to organise your participation and to send your ticket and event emails (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are stored in the Lovable Cloud database and deleted once no longer needed.
Cookies and browser storage
- __cf_bm (cookie, Cloudflare, about 30 minutes): bot detection and site protection.
- session-id (cookie, Lovable, 30 minutes): visitor statistics, see above.
- pwc-nl-popup-seen (session storage, until the tab closes): remembers that the newsletter window was shown so it does not appear again.
- Login data in local storage: only for the team's crew login, keeps the session active.
This storage is technically necessary (§ 25(2) TDDDG). You can delete or block cookies and clear site storage in your browser settings at any time.
We link to our Instagram profile. Nothing is transferred until you click the link, after which Meta's terms apply.
Questions and complaints
You can ask us for access to your data, or for correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, by writing to igor.lucic.srb@gmail.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.
